What we look for in a team member:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies or Economics with Foreign Languages preferred.
Experience:
- Experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
- A multilingual research specialist with a strong focus on at least two of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian.
- 3+ years of professional experience in research, demonstrating strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Proven end-to-end experience in scoping and conducting detailed research projects, including the creation of reports.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex and unstructured research requests effectively using open web resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including strong presentation abilities.
- (Ideal) a natural interest in history, architecture, events and/or culture.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify information for potential properties for onboarding, utilizing open web search and AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Accurately input and manage property data within our database, ensuring timely updates and data integrity. Collect property histories, points of interest, and property assets in a centralized folder available to the PR and social media team.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with property owners through email, video, and phone calls.
- Build and manage positive relationships with property owners, ensuring clear and ongoing communication.
- Cross-communication with PR and social media teams to make sure each property has had adequate representation on social media channels once onboarded.
- Regular updates with the wider team to notify of properties onboarded.
